Managers (management; middle management; team leaders) are multipliers in organizations. They provide orientation, they spread security, they shape culture and implement organizational policy. You move in a field of permanent contradictions and are required to develop your own paths. That's why I have developed coaching and training packages that address specific problems and mobilize the managers' resources for their specific tasks.

Fit for leadership in 80 days


Goal:

Managers should quickly adapt to their new role. The coaching package stabilizes and provides a protected framework for development. It focuses on recognizing one's own role and function.

Goal:

Managers who are supposed to achieve goals together in a group discover their own strengths by building trust in a moderated manner through group coaching and peer case consultation.

Strengthen leadership sustainably


Goal:

Managers are strengthened in their focus through training and individual coaching for the sustainable development of their leadership style. The support takes place on the basis of a topic-related pre-structuring

Strong leadership in conflict


Goal:

FC become “fit for conflict situations” through a mix of training and coaching. The training courses are designed individually for the managers' respective situations and focus on imparting "applicable" theory.

Experience and knowledge transfer are currently major challenges for organizations. Whether in the private sector or in the area of public administration - experienced experts are gradually leaving the world of work and there is a risk of a massive loss of knowledge and thus quality. With my support packages, I support you and your organization in designing this handover process to expand resilience.

Getting started with knowledge transfer


Goal:

The result of this process should be that a map is developed for the area under consideration that provides information about the most significant topics and the people involved.

Planning knowledge transfer

Goal:

At the end of the extended process, all process steps have been recorded and the people involved are prepared for the process and their role in the process through individual coaching.

Design knowledge transfer


Goal:

Experienced and young managers are guided and supported through the process with training, individual and group coaching in order to transfer knowledge in a targeted manner.

Eliminate conflicts


Goal:

Knowledge transfer processes can also be blocked by conflicts. Through this package, conflicts are resolved, focus is established and the ability to work is achieved among those involved.

Succession processes

Successions are a complex field of support, perhaps even the most complex field in the context of a family business, as many dimensions interact with each other. Due to my experience of having been involved in a succession process myself and having professionalized my knowledge through systemic further training, I offer a special perspective in the succession process.

Entry into the succession process


Goal:

The result of this process is that those involved have an overview of where they and the other participants are in the process. This is an intensive introductory phase accompanied by coaching.

Goal:

Those involved have identified essential next steps that impact the overall process. The process serves as a support process for handover supervision.

Accompanying the handover


Goal:

Those involved will be supported in implementing the pure handover process. Support is provided through training, coaching and planning discussions. Those involved maintain focus and achieve their goals.


Duration:

18 months

Goal:

Succession processes can also be blocked by conflicts. Through this package, conflicts are resolved, focus is restored and workability is achieved among those involved.
