The result is that the conflict is stabilized and the solving of the problem is becoming more and more complicated.

Collegial case advice for managers

Managers and founders can do a lot, show it, and still often have a problem: Who to talk to about the daily problems with colleagues and bosses? With whom to share successes?

The format offers participants space for exactly this. Due to the limited and stable number of participants, all participants will have the opportunity to bring in at least one case in the six planned sessions and have their peers examine and illuminate it.
